BTS's RM and V showcased their deep trust and friendship during their first joint variety show appearance since being discharged from the military.
Recently, RM and V appeared as guests on the popular segment "Waiting for You Who Doesn't Come" on the YouTube channel 'BDNS'. V especially caught everyone's attention by stating, "I came to keep the promise I made in the military to appear on the show," displaying his strong sense of loyalty.
The host, Moon Sang-hoon, also prepared personalized gifts for the two. He showed his deep fandom by presenting RM with a necktie featuring the work of painter Kim Whanki, whom RM admires, along with a pencil sharpener. For V, he prepared jazz LPs and other thoughtful items.
The most touching moment for viewers was the letter Moon Sang-hoon wrote to V. In the letter, he shared, "When I first met V, I felt strange and happy because the silence was so comfortable," and "I felt like we shared the most stories within that silence". RM and V were deeply moved by the sincere letter and engaged in a candid conversation about their concerns and happiness as both artists and individuals.
Additionally, RM raised expectations for the new album by sharing a behind-the-scenes story about staying in an LA mansion with the members for two months and working on over 100 songs. V also connected with fans by revealing his modest dream of running a jazz club in the future.
Fans who watched the broadcast reacted enthusiastically, with comments such as "Their friendship is so beautiful to see" and "As expected of BTS, I've fallen for their human charm once again".
