
Yoo Ji-tae celebrated the success of the movie "The Man Living with the King" by hosting a team dinner at a premium Japanese dining restaurant. The dinner, held on the 31st of last month under the name "Hanmyung Dinner," featured a meal centered around eel dishes, accompanied by Yoo Ji-tae's message, "Thank you all so much beyond what I can handle."
The movie "The Man Living with the King" is set in Cheongnyeongpo in 1457 and tells the story of a village chief who voluntarily went into exile for the revival of the village and a young former king who was dethroned. Yoo Ji-tae played the role of Han Myung-hoe, the most powerful figure of the time, delivering a charismatic performance.
On March 25, the 50th day after its release, the film surpassed 15 million cumulative viewers in the morning, ranking 3rd in the all-time box office and 1st in cumulative revenue. This film marked Yoo Ji-tae's first movie to surpass 10 million viewers, adding special significance. "The Man Living with the King" is currently showing in theaters.
