Hwasa Confesses School Days Fashion on 'Salon Drip'... "I Didn't Listen to My Mom"

Singer Hwasa revealed anecdotes from her school days through the YouTube channel 'Salon Drip' trailer. In the preview video, Hwasa described herself as a "golden child," saying, "I didn't listen to my mom. I was a golden child." She continued, "If my mom told me not to do something, I would do it anyway, and if she said no, I would ask, 'Why not?'" She recalled, "Once, my mom said she couldn't raise me anymore and told me to leave."

Hwasa also talked about her childhood fashion, saying, "It was colorful," and, "I wore sunglasses that cost a thousand won and wore denim-on-denim with a garter belt." Reflecting on when she started wearing garter belts, she said, "Was it in the first year of middle school?" Upon hearing this, host Jang Do-yeon responded, "I didn't even know what a garter belt was back then."

Hwasa's school day stories can be seen on 'Salon Drip,' which will be released on the 6th.
