In the video, reporter Kang Il-hong stated, "There are recent reports that Jo Jin-woong has been spotted overseas, not in Korea." It was reported that Jo Jin-woong has cut off all external activities and contact with the media, seemingly hoping to quietly be forgotten by the public. Reporter Kang expressed curiosity about whether Jo Jin-woong is on a short-term trip or has chosen to stay abroad long-term.

Jo Jin-woong became embroiled in controversy last December when allegations surfaced that he had been sent to a juvenile detention center after receiving juvenile protection measures for vehicle theft and robbery with rape charges under the Special Act during his high school years. His agency acknowledged mistakes made during his minor years but stated, "He is not related to any acts involving sexual assault."
