The music video was released on August 7, 2023, through Lee Chan-won's official YouTube channel. In the video, Lee Chan-won appears wearing a blue shirt, white pants, and a headset, pulling a suitcase and boarding a bus. Inside the bus decorated with colorful balloons, Lee Chan-won sings and moves to the rhythm, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Lee Chan-won expresses bright energy by drawing hearts with their hands and playing a transparent saxophone. There is also a scene where Lee Chan-won, dressed in a marine look, dances the twist under a searchlight.

"Twist GoGo" is introduced as a song suitable for the summer season with its fast tempo and addictive lyrics. Following the "Changa: Brilliant Day" concert held in Daejeon from March 28 to 29, Lee Chan-won plans to hold encore concerts in Seoul from May 9 to 10.
