The group Forestella will release their fourth full-length album, "THE LEGACY," on April 20. This album is their first full-length release in five years since their debut in 2017, containing new musical achievements following their third full-length album, "The Forestella," released in 2021.
Forestella (Bae Doo-hoon, Kang Hyung-ho, Jo Min-kyu, Go Woo-rim) confirmed their comeback date by unveiling the "THE LEGACY" scheduler on their official SNS on the 2nd. Leading up to the album release, they will sequentially reveal individual and group concept photos, a highlight medley, and a music video teaser. On the 19th, one day before the release, they will hold a live broadcast on their official YouTube channel.
Marking their 8th anniversary since debut, Forestella continues to maintain their full-group chemistry while communicating with their fandom, "Supbyeol." An exhibition linked to the album, "Fragments of Legacy," is also scheduled. The overview was revealed on the 3rd at 6 PM, and the exhibition will be held at a location indicated by longitude and latitude coordinates at 10 AM on the 21st.
Along with the release of the fourth full-length album, the tour concert "THE LEGACY: SYMPHONY" schedule has been confirmed. Forestella will perform at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 in Ilsan on April 25-26, Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on May 9-10, Songdo Convensia in Incheon on June 6-7, and BEXCO Auditorium in Busan on July 4-5.
This tour is Forestella's first concert featuring a "real orchestra sound" since their debut. The Prime Philharmonic Orchestra, a theater music professional orchestra composed of top domestic and international musicians, will participate, conducted directly by music director Park In-young. Under Park's direction, who arranged the national anthem, a large-scale performance combining Forestella's harmony with orchestral melodies will be presented.
Prior to the release of the fourth full-length album, Forestella pre-released the double title track "Etude" and the tracks "Still Here" and "Nella Notte" through digital music platforms and concert stages, receiving favorable reviews. Another title track, "Armageddon," gained attention when member Bae Doo-hoon passionately sang a verse on KBS 2TV's "Immortal Songs."
"THE LEGACY" will be released on various online music sites at 6 PM on the 20th. Tickets for the Ilsan tour concert are currently available on Yes24 Tickets. Fan club pre-sale for the Seoul concert begins at 8 PM on the 6th, and general sales start at 8 PM on the 8th. Ticket sales schedules for the Incheon and Busan concerts will be announced later through official SNS channels.
