Yoon Jong-shin, Lee Sung-kyung, and Lee Jae-hoon lit up the 'Eardrum Boyfriend' stage... passionately singing hit songs, winning the Rookie Award, and making a comeback after 14 years

KBS 2TV music talk show 'The Seasons - Sung Si-kyung's Eardrum Boyfriend' invited Yoon Jong-shin, Lee Sung-kyung, and Lee Jae-hoon on the broadcast on the 3rd, showcasing classic songs from various generations.

On this day's broadcast, Yoon Jong-shin opened the stage with 'Tired Day' and 'Before Confession,' expressing friendship by presenting a bouquet to Sung Si-kyung to congratulate him on being chosen as MC. The two reminisced about their musical connection by mentioning songs they worked on together, such as 'You Were Touching,' 'On the Street,' 'One More Breakup,' and 'Things to Do Tomorrow.' Yoon Jong-shin shared a friendly conversation with Sung Si-kyung, saying, "I'm too robust to be a balladeer who sings the heart of a pathetic man."

Regarding his music career, Yoon Jong-shin said, "I thought of the time when I was passionately creating music as a continent. Now, I think I've become an island somewhat detached." He clarified, "It's not a negative meaning, but it means that Yoon Jong-shin and those who like him gather to sing about a narrower and deeper emotion." He then sang 'Island' passionately, leaving a deep impression on the audience.

Actress Lee Sung-kyung appeared in the 'Two People' corner and shared her feelings about winning the Best Newcomer Award at the 10th Korea Musical Awards for the musical 'Aladdin.' Lee Sung-kyung said, "It was the first time I cried after receiving an award," and mentioned that being a musical actress had been a long-time dream. She showcased her vocal skills by performing 'A Whole New World' and Beyoncé's 'Love On Top,' and performed a duet of 'Miracle' by Sung Si-kyung and Kim Dong-ryul.

Lee Jae-hoon appeared on a music show for the first time in 14 years, performing songs such as 'The Reason I Wanted You' and 'Lucifer's Excuse,' and also showed off b-boying choreography. Lee Jae-hoon said, "I lost weight and styled my hair with a 5:5 parting to show how I looked over 30 years ago," and Sung Si-kyung commented on Lee Jae-hoon's stage manners, calling him "the perfect vocal for popular music." Lee Jae-hoon attracted attention by revealing, "I lost 10 kg in three weeks."

Additionally, Lee Jae-hoon communicated with the audience and spontaneously gifted a song, singing Cool's hit songs such as 'Small Waiting,' 'Melancholy,' and 'Before Trying to Be Sad' consecutively. Sung Si-kyung and Lee Sung-kyung joined the stage, creating a scene where the 2026 version of Cool was formed.

'The Seasons - Sung Si-kyung's Eardrum Boyfriend' airs every Friday night at 11:10 PM on KBS 2TV.
