Singer Jung Dong-won shared an update after completing the Marine Corps recruit training. On the 3rd, Jung Dong-won posted, "Victory! Private Jung Dong-won reporting," announcing that he had completed the training in good health. He expressed gratitude to his fans, saying, "Thank you for your concern and support! I will continue to work hard." He also added, "I miss you, Woochong! Please wait a little longer. I am always sorry, thankful, and love you."

Jung Dong-won thanked the squad leaders of the Recruit 2nd Training Battalion for their guidance over the six weeks and vowed, "I will work hard in the field as well! Let's stay safe and keep fighting until the day we are discharged, 1327th class. Victory."

Jung Dong-won entered the Marine Corps Education and Training Command on February 23 and underwent about six weeks of basic military training. After the graduation ceremony, he was assigned to his unit and will continue his military service for approximately 18 months. His expected discharge date is August 2027.
