Singer Kangnam and former speed skater Lee Sang-hwa, a married couple, revealed their home located in Japan. On the 1st, a video titled "Kangnam and Lee Sang-hwa Couple's Life in Japan" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Life84'. In the video, Gian84 was invited to visit Kangnam and Lee Sang-hwa's home near Haneda Airport in Japan.
Gian84 toured the interior of the house, noting its neat condition, and explained, "In Japanese apartments, in addition to management fees, repair fees are also paid monthly." He also mentioned, "The two of them (Kangnam and Lee Sang-hwa) spend about one week a month in Japan."
Looking out the window, Gian84 pointed out the locations of Tokyo Disneyland and the "Daiya and Flower Ferris Wheel," explaining that the Ferris wheel was the second tallest in the world when it was completed in 2001 but is now ranked outside the top ten. He also introduced nearby attractions such as central Tokyo and the Skytree (634m).
Kangnam and Lee Sang-hwa showed the cork flooring and wardrobe, which boast a 40-year history in the house. Kangnam recalled the marks around the house, saying, "These are marks left from when my mom hit me with a frying pan when I was young. (Other places) have holes made when my mom hit the wall with her fist."
Kangnam gained attention for his friendly charm on broadcasts such as MBC's "I Live Alone" and JTBC's "I'll Go to School." In 2014, on JTBC's "Ssulzun," he revealed conflicts with his father who opposed his career as a singer and expressed his intention to refuse company succession. Later, it was revealed that Kangnam comes from a family that runs a hotel business in Japan, and professional golfer Kim Woo-hyun was identified as his cousin. Kangnam married Lee Sang-hwa in 2019, and at that time, her skating congratulatory song became a hot topic.
