YouTuber Poongja revealed an update after losing 28kg through dieting.

Recently, Poongja posted a photo update on his SNS without any additional explanation. The revealed photo showed Poongja taking a mirror selfie, wearing a beige-toned knit and a white cap in a uniform style.

Poongja previously stated that he lost 28kg using the diet drug Wegovy. After dieting, he said, "My stomach has shrunk. Two packs of ramen are enough to fill me up."

Additionally, Poongja confessed that during the dieting process, he used injections such as Wegovy and Saxenda but had to stop the medication due to severe side effects.
