"Completely Crazy!" includes the lyric "I'm so sorry but I'm 20s Big Bang's way," which is a variation of the line "I'm so sorry but I love you" from Big Bang's hit song "Lies." It also expresses his feelings with the phrase "my fans left with only torn wounds."

In "T.O.P Curse," the actual voice of a news anchor from the drug incident and the controversy over blocking fan accounts after leaving Big Bang are directly inserted. In "Over," lyrics such as "Beautiful, each must go their own way," "I'm so sorry but I loved my old Big Bang," and "The five were happier. I will bury the endlessly heavy dream in my heart and decorate it more beautifully, I am Over" reveal that he has no intention of returning to Big Bang.

G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung supported T.O.P's comeback. All three members shared content related to T.O.P's comeback to show their support, and G-Dragon posted a screenshot proving they streamed T.O.P's album at 8:19 a.m. on the 4th. August 19 is Big Bang's debut anniversary.
