Singer Young-tak was moved to tears by the warm words of comfort he gave to his current self during a past-life regression through hypnosis.

In a video released on Young-tak’s official YouTube channel on the 1st, the singer met with a hypnosis expert to explore his past lives. Under hypnosis, Young-tak vividly described living as a 20-year-old man leading a peaceful life during the Joseon Dynasty and as an obscure European painter named "Charles," much to the amazement of viewers.

The hypnosis session went beyond the past to reveal a glimpse of him 10 years into the future, in 2036. In this future, Young-tak was still singing on stage and connecting with his audience. In his mid-50s, he appeared even more relaxed and was leading a happy life as a respected senior artist followed by many juniors.

Meanwhile, the scene turned into a sea of laughter when it was revealed that Young-tak had made a bombshell statement during hypnosis, saying, "I will only be active until this year". Upon waking up, a flustered Young-tak quickly retracted his statement, saying, "I must keep working hard for the sake of my staff," which brought great laughter to his fans.
