Super Junior Safety fence collapses at Seoul concert... 3 audience members fall and get injured

An accident occurred during Super Junior's world tour Seoul concert celebrating their 20th debut anniversary, where three audience members fell and were injured due to the collapse of a safety fence in the seating area.

According to SM Entertainment, the accident happened during the encore stage of 'Super Show 10' held at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul. While member Ryeowook was interacting closely with fans, the crowd pushed toward the fence, causing the safety fence to collapse, and three nearby audience members fell down and were injured. Videos and photos capturing the scene were also spread on social media.

The injured were immediately transported to the hospital after the accident to receive necessary examinations and treatment. Medical staff concluded that they require two weeks of rest and treatment for sprains and bruises. SM Entertainment stated, "We deeply apologize to the victims and their families," and added, "We will support the treatment of the injured audience members and do our best until they fully recover." They also said, "As the event organizer, we feel a heavy responsibility for this accident and will thoroughly inspect facility safety and manage audience safety to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents."

The concert was the final encore stage of the world tour that toured 17 locations across Asia and South America, featuring a 360-degree open stage production and a new setlist. Super Junior performed hit songs such as 'Sorry Sorry,' 'Bonamana,' 'Mr. Simple,' 'Black Suit,' and 'Express Mode,' along with unit stages.
