The new song "Completely Crazy! (Studio54)" is a modern reinterpretation of 80s house music, characterized by repetitive rhythms and intense beats. The previously released "DESPERADO" music video showcased T.O.P's unique atmosphere through minimalistic direction, receiving positive responses from global fans.

The music video production attracted attention with the participation of actress Nana, along with art director Chae Kyung-sun and cinematographer Kim Ji-yong from the Netflix series "Squid Game." The collaboration between T.O.P, Nana, and the "Squid Game" production team was highlighted.
