Nine Wanna One members (Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwu, Park Woojin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, Ha Sungwoon) conducted the opening ceremony for their new reality program "Wanna One Go: Back to Base" on the 6th at DMC Culture Park in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
A large number of fans who had been waiting for Wanna One's reunion gathered at the site, and the members appeared through a blue carpet that allowed close communication with the fans. The members took the stage shouting the group greeting, "All I Wanna Do, Wanna One!" and the fans responded with enthusiastic cheers. The MCs were Yoon Jisung and Lee Daehwi, who provided a stable hosting.
During the event, a segment called "Ask Anything GO" was held, where the members answered pre-submitted questions, and they surprised the audience by revealing the choreography for the 2026 version of "PICK ME." They also showcased their variety skills by performing parodies of famous movie lines and popular challenges that have recently been trending.
Life-sized cutouts were prepared to represent Kang Daniel and Lai Kuanlin, who could not attend in person, and the members conveyed, "The two friends are with us in spirit from afar, so please send them lots of support." Kang Daniel is currently serving in the army, and Lai Kuanlin has announced his retirement from the entertainment industry.
At the end of the event, the members shared their thoughts with the fans. Hwang Minhyun said, "It's been a while since I called out the name Wannable, and it feels new to be together again. Just like the saying, 'When Wannables gather, Wanna One gathers too,' we are reunited. I hope there will be many good moments together starting today." Park Woojin, Kim Jaehwan, Ha Sungwoon, Bae Jinyoung, Park Jihoon, Ong Seongwu, Lee Daehwi, and Yoon Jisung also expressed their gratitude and expectations for the future to the fans.
