ATEEZ member Seonghwa raised the expectations of global fans by surprisingly spoiling his birthday commemorative MD (merchandise) during a live broadcast.

Seonghwa recently spent time communicating with the fandom 'ATINY' through a YouTube live broadcast with the cheerful concept of 'Prince Seonghwa's Birthday Party'. During the broadcast that day, Seonghwa announced, "I got permission from the company. They told me I could (spoil) as much as I want," and suddenly revealed the birthday MD items that fans were most curious about.

Amidst various guesses from fans, the birthday MD for this year directly revealed by Seonghwa was a 'wristwatch' and 'metal card case (business card case)' set.

Regarding the watch design, Seonghwa explained, "It has a very thin leather strap, making it easy to wear and adjust," and "I put my signature 'star' simply in the middle, creating a casual and modern design that ordinary people wouldn't even realize is merch." In particular, it is said that the 'chrome silver' color, which Seonghwa usually favors, was added as an accent to enhance the sophistication.

The metal card case included in the set is also an item considering the fans' real lives. Seonghwa showed his affectionate desire to be together in the fans' everyday lives by saying, "Since people carry cards a lot instead of wallets these days, I prepared it so you can lightly toss it in your bag or pocket."

Furthermore, he did not forget his meticulous consideration by reassuring fans who were worried about the price burden due to the nature of a watch, stating, "It came out very affordable, to the point where there isn't much difference from the other members' MDs."
