Regarding his cooking skills, Jungkook said, "I learned knife skills in the military," and added, "I originally like doing things alone. I enjoy cooking while watching videos." He enlisted in the army in December 2023, went through the 5th Infantry Division's basic training, and is currently serving as a cook in the artillery brigade.
