In episode 134 of the web variety show TEO 'Salon Drip,' Jang Do-yeon revealed her experiences after a breakup.
On that day's broadcast, singer Hwasa appeared and talked about her song "Good Goodbye." Jang Do-yeon asked Hwasa if she had a good breakup, to which Hwasa replied, "I did, I am, and I think I will continue to do so." When Jang Do-yeon asked about the criteria for a good breakup, Hwasa said, "Support. My heart can be full of resentment or longing. Goodbye. Truly supporting them."
When asked if she had ever looked at her ex's SNS after breaking up, Hwasa answered, "I looked too much and pretended not to." Jang Do-yeon also revealed, "I didn't know that viewing stories leaves a trace. After breaking up, I looked at them all the time," which elicited reactions from the cast. Jang Do-yeon added, "It wasn't about seeing if they were doing well; I was genuinely curious. I looked with a supportive heart. Then I saw a friend's story, and the friend knew I had seen what I had viewed. They said all the stories you view leave a trace. After that, I kept telling myself, 'I'm looking to support them,' but I gradually looked less and less, and now I don't look at all. They're doing well."
Hwasa said, "You had a good goodbye. It's a bit embarrassing, but looking back, I think about it with a smile," and Jang Do-yeon summarized, "I was curious, and I'm glad I could see it that way." Hwasa also confessed, "Because there was a pathetic goodbye, there can be a good goodbye too," adding, "I didn't like that person much. There were times like that when I was young."
