Comedian Kim Ji-sun revealed her physical struggles after giving birth to her fourth child and disclosed for the first time since her debut that she underwent breast augmentation surgery.
Kim Ji-sun appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel 'Rolling Thunder' in the segment 'New Woman,' where she had an honest conversation with Lee Kyung-sil and Jo Hye-ryun about the changes in their bodies after childbirth. During the broadcast, Jo Hye-ryun asked, "After breastfeeding ends, breasts shrink and start to sag. Ji-sun, since you breastfed four children, your breasts must have sagged a lot, right?" Kim Ji-sun then spoke about the physical changes she experienced after childbirth and parenting.
Kim Ji-sun said, "After fully breastfeeding all four children, my breasts really became 'modest,'" adding that when she stretched, her bra would rise along with her breasts. She continued, "It was so embarrassing that I had to adjust my bra every time after stretching."
To resolve this discomfort, Kim Ji-sun decided to undergo breast augmentation surgery for her physical self-esteem and everyday comfort. She said, "I'm coming out with this for the first time today. That's why I had (breast surgery)." She also explained, "Whether big or small, life was very uncomfortable either way, so I made this decision," emphasizing that the surgery was not simply for improving appearance but a choice to regain confidence as a mother and as a woman.
