The "Hooligan" music video centers around a performance featuring multiple dancers and the seven members. Jin appears wearing a black mask in a mysterious silence, and his signal prompts dozens of dancers to gather and deliver an explosive group dance. Each member's aura is sharply expressed through black-and-white visuals.

The video offers a visually stunning festival scene overflowing with food and alcohol, using red as the key color to maximize the sense of spatial alienation. The dancers' red outfits, appearing among moss-covered gray buildings, contrast with the cold texture of the space, leaving a strong impression.
