Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin notify INB100 of contract termination... Reasons include unpaid fees and contract violations

Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin have officially notified the termination of their exclusive contracts with INB100.

It is reported that at the end of March, they sent a certified letter to Cha Gawon, CEO of INB100, demanding an explanation regarding unpaid settlements and contract violations, expressing their intention to terminate the contract. Even after two weeks, the three members reportedly did not receive a satisfactory response.

INB100 is a company established by Baekhyun after his independence from SM Entertainment, and in May of last year, it was incorporated as a subsidiary of One Hundred Label, founded by CEO Cha Gawon and MC Mong. Since then, CEO Cha Gawon has led One Hundred, Big Planet Made Entertainment, and INB100 as the largest shareholder.

The ChenBaekXi side revealed that the unpaid settlements amount to billions of won, and that costs have not been paid to partner companies and staff, causing difficulties in normal activities. CEO Cha Gawon stated, "We are working to normalize the company. We will try to resolve this by receiving additional investments or even using personal funds."

Artists under One Hundred, led by CEO Cha Gawon, have also consecutively notified the termination of their exclusive contracts. It has been confirmed that The Boyz, Taemin, Limujin, B.O, VIVIZ, and Lee Seunggi have also left the agency. Taemin transferred to Galaxy Corporation. Meanwhile, CEO Cha Gawon is currently under investigation by the police, who have consolidated three fraud charges filed against him.
