
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced the results of the big data analysis on boy group brand reputation for April 2026. In this survey, BTS ranked first, Wanna One ranked second, and Seventeen ranked third.
The boy group brand reputation analysis was conducted from March 11 to April 11, 2026, utilizing a total of 79,966,049 pieces of brand big data. This is a 31.08% increase compared to 61,006,053 pieces in March. The brand reputation index is calculated by combining the participation index, media index, communication index, and community index based on consumer behavior.
The brand reputation indices of the top five groups are as follows. BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) recorded a participation index of 748,959, media index of 5,465,032, communication index of 7,191,522, and community index of 9,492,273, totaling a brand reputation index of 22,897,786. This is a 165.57% increase compared to March. Wanna One (Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwu, Park Woojin, Lai Kuanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung, Ha Sungwoon) had a brand reputation index of 4,513,178, a 55.35% increase from the previous month. Seventeen (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, Dokyeom, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) scored 3,913,634, a 2.33% decrease. Fourth place Enhypen (Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Niki) rose 63.86% to 3,557,928, and fifth place Stray Kids (Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, I.N) dropped 23.73% to 3,311,143.
Koo Changhwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, "The boy group brand category saw a 31.08% increase in big data compared to March. Specifically, brand consumption rose 39.30%, brand issues 36.24%, brand communication 24.71%, and brand diffusion 32.90%." Regarding the BTS brand, he explained that link analysis showed high associations with 'perform,' 'watch directly,' and 'start,' while keyword analysis highlighted 'ARMY,' 'Arirang,' and 'concert.' The positive ratio was analyzed at 95.12%. Additionally, detailed analysis of the BTS brand showed increases of 410.21% in brand consumption, 239.94% in brand issues, 112.91% in brand communication, and 171.99% in brand diffusion.
The top 30 boy group brand reputation rankings for April 2026 included BTS, Wanna One, Seventeen, Enhypen, Stray Kids, Big Bang, The Boyz, EXO, SHINee, TWS, Cortis, Shinhwa, Super Junior, NCT, Boy Next Door, BTOB, Infinite, Alphadriveone, ZEROBASEONE, ATEEZ, Monsta X, 2PM, RIIZE, Astro, Treasure, Highlight, VIXX, ONF, iKON, and TVXQ. This analysis also surveyed various boy groups such as Kickflip, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), Pentagon, Block B, GOT7, WINNER, SF9, 2AM, CRAVITY, FT Island, B1A4, ONEUS, P1Harmony, NU'ERA, Sechs Kies, AHO, Nowadays, DKB, ID, and Close Your Eyes.
