Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun of AKMU appeared on the YouTube channel 'Chimchakman' to talk about their shared living experience and plans after their contract expires. The two revealed that they have been sharing a house for just over a year and expressed satisfaction with their current home. Su-hyun said she started living together at the suggestion of her older brother, Chan-hyuk. Chan-hyuk explained that the space was well divided and that they agreed to split the rent evenly.
Su-hyun shared that at the beginning of their shared living, Chan-hyuk recommended a three-day detox, during which she experienced a diet consisting only of kale and beet juice. After the detox, they started exercising together, increasing their workout frequency from twice a week to five times a week. Chan-hyuk added that they planned to have a party when moving into a new house, followed by personal training and beauty care.
Chan-hyuk explained that the house contract started as a two-year lease, and they have currently lived there for about one year and four to five months. He said he plans to do "betting training" during the remaining period. Su-hyun stated that their shared living will end next year and that there are no plans for an additional contract. Chan-hyuk mentioned that they will not be too far apart afterward and will continue personal training together.
Su-hyun recently appeared on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' and spoke about a slump she experienced. She revealed that performing on stage was difficult and that she went through a tough time to the extent that she rarely met with her family. Chan-hyuk recalled that Su-hyun was exhausted at the time and that he proposed shared living to stay by his sister's side.
