In that episode, a client appeared whose landlord passed away just before the jeonse contract expired, and the heirs renounced inheritance, resulting in the client being unable to recover 150 million won of the jeonse deposit. The client was also unable to move out.

Lee Soo-geun comforted the client by saying, "You have done nothing wrong." He continued, "What could have been stopped with a hoe might now require a crowbar. Never try to solve this alone; you should get help from a lawyer or expert as soon as possible."

Seo Jang-hoon, who appeared alongside, also said, "Hiding it because you're worried about your parents is not the solution. You need to inform those around you and find a solution together."

Continuing the consultation, Lee Soo-geun encouraged the client, saying, "Everything will be fine. Fighting!" The client expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much for telling me it's not my fault."
