Recently, Seong Hae-eun attended the launch pop-up event for Lotte Chilsung Beverage's prebiotic soda 'Happiz' held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. On March 31, she released a video titled "-20kg Secret! Diet Meal Vlog" on her YouTube channel 'HAEPPY'.

In the video, Seong Hae-eun said, "I ate, played, and rested during winter, so it became a big problem. I'm going to diet properly." She added, "It's spring, so clothes have become thinner, and I can't hide it with clothes anymore." She showed her diet consisting of protein shakes, tofu inari sushi, protein aglio olio, boiled eggs, after doing weight training and running at the gym from the morning. Then, wearing a crop top and checking her body in the mirror, Seong Hae-eun said, "I'm not obsessed with my weight. I haven't weighed myself for quite some time. If you focus on the numbers, it creates an obsession." She also said, "I check by my waistline. If belly fat accumulates, the body looks blocky. I'm tall and have a solid frame, so if I gain weight, it shows clearly."

Seong Hae-eun previously revealed that she succeeded in losing weight from 70kg to 50kg. She appeared on the 2022 TVING dating reality show 'Transit Love 2', where she appeared with her ex-boyfriend Jung Kyumin, whom she had dated for six years, but chose to move on rather than reconcile. Ultimately, she became a couple with Jung Hyung-gyu, and they developed a real relationship after the show.
