Singer Hwang Chi-yeul engaged in a playful "tug-of-war" with his fans ahead of his comeback, declaring all information about his new album to be a "mystery" (mi-ji-su).

Recently, Hwang held a live Instagram broadcast on his way home, communicating with fans in real-time. The biggest topic of interest was, without a doubt, his upcoming album.

When asked about the progress of the album, Hwang kept a tight lid on the details, jokingly saying, "This album can be summed up in one word: 'Mystery.' How it will turn out, whether the visuals will be pretty, and even if you all will like it—everything is a mystery." In response to his repeated use of the word "mystery" (mi-ji-su), fans wittily asked, "Is the album title 'Mystery'?" or "Is the lead actress in the music video named 'Ji-su'?"

Hwang also shared an unexpected concern regarding his intense comeback diet. "I cut out carbs and ramped up my workouts, but strangely, I didn't lose weight as sharply as I did last year," he admitted. He confessed to being in a state of "excessive muscle," saying, "Instead, my muscle mass increased to 41kg. My body fat dropped, but my frame seems to have gotten bigger."

He continued, "I know the fans are looking forward to a sharp, leaned-out look, but even I am unsure how the final visuals will turn out. However, I am putting my heart into the music, filling the album with songs that fans will love and going through multiple rounds of re-recording," showing his sincere passion for his craft.
