The music video for Lee Chan-won's "Mother's Spring Day" has surpassed 2 million views.
This song is a shuttle rhythm pop ballad included in Lee Chan-won's second full-length album "Brilliant (燦爛)" and was released on the official YouTube channel on October 20th last year. As of April 16th, the video has exceeded 2 million views.
"Mother's Spring Day" was created as the second song inspired by "mother," following "Flower-like Day." The song opens with a blend of guitar melodies and harmonica sounds, and a whistle is inserted in the middle, evoking childhood memories. Lee Chan-won's emotional and compelling voice harmonizes with the atmosphere of the song.
At the "Changa: A Brilliant Day" concert, Lee Chan-won performed "Mother's Spring Day" and "Flower-like Day" consecutively, receiving great responses from fans. While recording the ending line, "Let's meet again someday, I will definitely hold you then," he revealed that "the recording was interrupted because I cried too much."
Meanwhile, Lee Chan-won is scheduled to start the "Changa: A Brilliant Day" concert in Seoul from December 12th to 14th, 2025, and will tour Daegu, Incheon, Busan, Jinju, Gwangju, and Daejeon before holding encore concerts again in Seoul on May 9th and 10th.
