
Enhypen's Jungwon has been appointed as the ambassador for the '2026 Seoul International Garden Expo.'
Hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the 'Seoul International Garden Expo' has been held since 2015 with the aim of developing garden culture and the garden industry. Last year, it recorded a cumulative attendance of 10 million visitors. This year's expo will take place from May 1 to October 27 around Seoul Forest in Seongdong-gu and will be the largest ever.
As the ambassador, Jungwon will actively participate in promoting the expo. He will engage in various activities such as filming promotional videos, on-site announcements, and SNS events to raise awareness of the expo. On the 17th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government released a global promotional video teaser on the official YouTube channel of the 'Seoul International Garden Expo.' The video, themed "The Garden Where Jungwon Stays, Seoul Forest," sensually captures the harmony of nature and gardens within the city. Scenes in the video show Jungwon strolling through Seoul Forest and admiring tulips, creating a fresh and vibrant atmosphere.
Kim Young-hwan, Director of the Garden City Bureau of Seoul, said, "We expect to effectively convey the stylish charm of the 'Seoul International Garden Expo' and the value of Seoul's garden culture through Jungwon of Enhypen." He added that they plan to widely promote the image of Seoul as a garden city through various content in the future.
Meanwhile, Enhypen, to which Jungwon belongs, will start their fourth world tour, 'ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'BLOOD SAGA',' beginning in May. The tour will kick off with performances at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Seoul, from June 1 to 3, and will continue with 30 shows across 21 cities.
