Trainer and broadcaster Yang Chi-seung revealed his recent situation following a 1.5 billion won lease fraud.

Recently, on SBS's "My Ugly Duckling," Yang Chi-seung introduced the community facilities of a luxury high-end apartment, including the gym, golf course, and swimming pool, alongside comedian Heo Kyung-hwan and singer Kim Jong-min of Koyote. He stated that he is currently working as the executive director of community management for the apartment and personally designed all the equipment in the gym. Unique equipment rarely seen in regular gyms attracted the attention of Heo Kyung-hwan and Kim Jong-min, who participated in workouts on-site. Yang Chi-seung transformed into the "Tiger Trainer" and demonstrated intense training during the segment.

The broadcast also revealed the details of the 1.5 billion won lease fraud incident Yang Chi-seung experienced and his feelings at the time. He disclosed that he had to close the gym he operated due to the damage and sold his vehicle to refund membership fees. Additionally, he shared that his income dropped to one-tenth of what it used to be after the fraud. His family also joined in saving efforts, with his children voluntarily refraining from using the air conditioner to help overcome the difficult situation together.

Kim Jong-min also mentioned his own experiences with fraud since his debut, expressing, "There is still a lot of money I haven't received." He revealed that he has not told his wife about all the fraud experiences and spoke about her reaction when she saw his bank account balance before their marriage.

Previously, Yang Chi-seung had revealed on KBS JOY's "Ask Me Anything" that he unknowingly signed a contract for a building where the gym had to close after four years. After closing the gym and considering starting a restaurant business, he explained that he began working as the community center manager of a high-end apartment in Cheongdam-dong following a proposal from the apartment's service management company. Having worked as a gym owner for 25 years and now as an employee, he said that his stress has decreased due to managing staff salaries and business operations, making him feel more at ease.
