Baekga of Koyote recently appeared on the YouTube channel "From Today, Hwang Je Seong" and expressed his gratitude to member Shinji regarding profit distribution.
In the video, Baekga revealed that he had gotten angry at Shinji before and said that there were emotions built up from working together for 23 years. When asked about profit distribution, Baekga explained, "Shinji does almost 90% of the singing, so if I receive 3, that's too much," and said that in reality, it is fair to divide it as Shinji 7, Kim Jong Min 2, and himself 1. He expressed his gratitude to Shinji, saying, "This is originally fair, but Shinji has given it all up."
When asked about Kim Jong Min's profit ratio, Baekga answered "3," and when there was a reaction that Kim Jong Min might be dissatisfied with this, Baekga said, "That could be," but once again expressed his thanks for the concessions made by both Shinji and Kim Jong Min. Baekga emphasized, "Jong Min hyung and I work even harder because of this, and we truly live with gratitude toward Shinji."
Koyote debuted in 1998, with Kim Jong Min joining in 2000 and Baekga continuing group activities since 2004 to the present.
