As the group BTS returned with their new album ARIRANG after 3 years and 9 months, the members shared extreme "sleep" anecdotes from their comeback preparation, bringing both laughter and surprise to fans.
In the Melon Spotlight interview video released on the 20th, BTS shared behind-the-scenes stories of their new album production along with "TMIs" from their daily lives.
The most eye-catching topic was the members' sleep duration. When asked for a TMI of the day, J-HOPE revealed, "I slept for 14 hours before coming here," and V added, "I slept for 13 hours," showcasing their status as the entertainment industry's representative "Snorlaxes".
When Jung Kook confessed, "I think I suffered from sleep paralysis about seven times yesterday," RM wittily joked, "You should have thrown 'Rock' (a pun on the Korean word for sleep paralysis)," drawing laughter. J-HOPE comforted him, saying, "Everyone must have been exhausted because of the group filming yesterday," showing the group's warm bond.
Fans who watched the video responded with support, saying, "14 hours? That’s a real deep sleep," "Seven times is so many, Jung Kook must have been so tired," "The chemistry between BTS members is still the best," and "Every track on the album deserves the spotlight".
Meanwhile, BTS plans to dominate global charts once again with their new album ARIRANG and the title track "SWIM" while continuing their active promotions.
