Lee Know of the group Stray Kids revealed his personal belongings at a photoshoot and shared a unique diet tip never heard before, drawing both laughter and interest from fans.
In a video released on the 20th through the official YouTube channel of fashion magazine Marie Claire Korea, Lee Know introduced his "MY 10 FAVORITES" items that he frequently uses.
What especially caught everyone's attention was his secret to dietary management. Lee Know named cherry tomatoes and almonds as his favorite snacks after waking up early and finishing fasted cardio. He pulled a small container of salt out of his bag and explained his personal theory: "I sprinkle pink salt on them in the morning. You have to consume salt properly for the fat to burn well." However, he immediately followed up with, "But I don't really know why I'm not losing weight," showing off his signature quirky charm and making everyone on set burst into laughter.
Lee Know’s "self-management" did not stop there. He introduced a de-puffing drink that he always drinks before important schedules, showcasing his unique way of describing flavors. He evaluated the taste of the drink by saying, "It tastes like you chopped firewood on a mountain and boiled that wood in water." Despite the cold review, he showed his professional mindset as an artist by adding, "Things that are good for your body don't usually taste good."
Fans who watched the video responded enthusiastically, with comments such as, "Lee Know’s salt diet somehow sounds convincing," "Describing a drink as 'boiled firewood'—he's a genius of expression," "It’s not that he can’t lose weight, it’s that there’s no fat left to lose!", and "Lee Know is so charming because he's so honest."
Meanwhile, Lee Know’s group, Stray Kids, has recently achieved overwhelming success on the global stage, raising the status of K-pop, and Lee Know continues to be loved worldwide for his unparalleled visuals and performance skills.
