PLAVE previously recorded 1.03 million copies with 'Caligo Pt.1' and 1.09 million copies with the single 'Plppuu', achieving consecutive million-seller status with this latest album. This marks PLAVE's record of three consecutive million-sellers.

In Melon's 24-hour streaming records, 'Caligo' parts 1 and 2 ranked first and second all-time, respectively. As a result, PLAVE demonstrated strong performance not only in album sales but also in digital streaming.

This album features a variety of genres including the rock-based title track 'Born Savage', as well as a cappella, R&B, and new jack swing. The storytelling that expands the universe of the previous work is credited with strengthening the fandom's cohesion.
