The group Wanna One reunites after 7 years with the reality program 'WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base.'

On the 21st, Mnet Plus revealed the background of the program's planning and the atmosphere on set through a written interview with the production team of 'WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base.' The production team emphasized the sincerity of the members as the core of this reality show, explaining, "It started from the members' strong desire to meet fans again through a reality show." They also stated that the program title 'Back to Base' signifies the members, who had been active in their own places, coming together again as Wanna One and returning to one home.

Regarding the atmosphere on set, the production team said that despite the long-awaited reunion, any awkwardness among the members quickly disappeared. They added, "What impressed us the most was that Wanna One is still Wanna One. The members were still lively, and their genuine friendship chemistry and entertainment skills remained intact." They also mentioned that the members valued this time and participated in the filming with care.

The absence of Kang Daniel and Lai Kuanlin from the opening ceremony was also mentioned. The production team stated, "You will be able to see the two members through the broadcast. The starting point is included in the 'B-Side' video released today." Furthermore, they shared that all 11 members adjusted their busy schedules to prepare time to be together, keeping the promise that "when Wannables gather, Wanna One gathers too."

Regarding the broadcast content, they said, "The members' chemistry is so good that the footage exceeds expectations," and announced that behind-the-scenes and unreleased videos that could not be included in the main broadcast will be additionally released through Mnet Plus.

'WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base' will premiere on Mnet Plus on Tuesday, April 28, at 6 PM, starting with the release of the 'B-Side' video capturing the first meeting at 6 PM on the 21st.
