The script reading scene for JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama "New Employee Chairman Kang" has been revealed. The main cast, including Lee Jun-young, Lee Joo-myung, Jeon Hye-jin, Jin Goo, and Son Hyun-joo, gathered in one place to mark the beginning of the project.

"New Employee Chairman Kang" is a drama depicting the story of Kang Yong-ho, chairman of the large corporation Choi Sung Group, who lives an unwanted second life due to an accident. Based on the web novel of the same name, this 12-episode series will premiere on May 30 at 10:40 PM.

The production team and actors, including creator Kim Soon-ok, director Go Hye-jin, and writer Hyun Ji-min, attended the scene. Lee Jun-young plays soccer player Hwang Jun-hyun, expressing the character's spirit and passion with his unique energy and cheerfulness. Lee Joo-myung portrays Kang Bang-geul, the hidden child of a chaebol family, depicting a character who appears free on the outside but harbors ambition within through changes in vocal tone.

Jeon Hye-jin plays Kang Jae-kyung, the child of Chairman Kang Yong-ho, showing the character's determined drive to pursue goals relentlessly with a steady presence. Jin Goo portrays another child, Kang Jae-sung, expressing a complex psychology trapped in inferiority through a fractured speech pattern. Son Hyun-joo takes on the role of Kang Yong-ho, chairman of Choi Sung Group, revealing a heavy charisma and presence.
