JTBC weekend drama "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness" ranked first on Netflix's "Top 10 Series in South Korea Today" on April 20 and 21.

This work is a drama set in the film industry that depicts the struggle and contemplation of human inner worthlessness, starring Koo Kyo-hwan and Go Yoon-jung. The drama airs every Saturday at 10:40 PM and Sunday at 10:30 PM on JTBC.

In the TV-OTT drama buzz ranking for the third week of April (April 13–19) announced by K-content competitiveness analysis agency Good Data Corporation FUNdex, it ranked second. In the cast buzz category, Koo Kyo-hwan ranked third and Go Yoon-jung ranked sixth.

Directed by Cha Young-hoon and written by Park Hae-young, the drama left viewers with memorable lines after only two episodes aired. Lines such as "Why should my life please you?" and "If you don't say anything, it feels like you don't even exist. How can you stay silent?" received favorable reviews.
