

Last weekend, aespa held the '2026 aespa Live Tour - Sync:Axis Line - in Japan Special Edition Dome Tour' at Tokyo Dome in Japan, attracting approximately 94,000 spectators over two days. With this, aespa met a total audience of 170,000 during this Japan dome tour, including about 76,000 at Osaka Kyocera Dome.
The performance featured hit songs such as "Armageddon," "Next Level," "Supernova," "Whiplash," and "Rich Man," as well as unit stages like Karina and Winter's "Serenade" and Giselle and Ningning's "Lollipop." Familiar songs to local fans, including the opening theme "Attitude" from the Japanese anime "Kill Blue" and the theme song "In Halo" from the drama "Love at First Bite," were also performed.
At the venue, Japanese fans enthusiastically waved light sticks of various colors, and the cheering methods memorized and followed in Korean also drew attention. aespa demonstrated their global influence by conducting 25 shows of the "Sync:Axis Line" tour, which began last August in Seoul and continued in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau, Jakarta, Fukuoka, Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka.
After the performance, aespa expressed, "We were moved by the audience cheering so loudly," and added, "We will never lose our initial determination and always do our best." Japanese member Giselle said about the Tokyo Dome performance, "I grew up watching performances at Tokyo Dome, so it is such an honor to perform there."
Regarding the new album scheduled for release in May, Ningning mentioned, "This time, it has a soft flavor," and Karina added, "A sour taste." Winter encouraged anticipation for the new full-length album, saying, "You will know soon."
