Cortis ranks No. 1 on Apple Music Top 100 with "Red Red"... enters charts in 20 countries

The group CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho) stood out on domestic and international music charts with the title track "REDRED" from their second mini-album.

"REDRED" reached number one on Apple Music's "Today's Top 100: South Korea" on April 26. The song entered the chart at number 72 on the 21st, the day after its release, then steadily climbed to 17th on the 22nd, 10th on the 23rd, 3rd on the 24th, and 2nd on the 25th. It appeared not only on Korean charts but also on the "Today's Top 100" charts in 20 countries and regions, including Taiwan (4th), China (15th), Thailand (23rd), and Russia (70th).

On the global music streaming platform Spotify, it entered the "Daily Top Songs Global" chart at 184th on the 22nd, then ranked 140th on the 23rd, 117th on the 24th, and 135th on the 25th, staying on the chart for four consecutive days. Among K-pop boy groups that made a comeback this year, BTS, Enhypen, and CORTIS appeared on this chart.

On China's QQ Music, it ranked 2nd on the "New Songs Chart" and 8th on the "Rising Chart" on the 26th, and it recorded 82nd on the Bugs Music daily chart on the 25th.

CORTIS appeared consecutively on music shows from the 23rd to the 26th, including Mnet's "M Countdown," KBS2's "Music Bank," MBC's "Show! Music Core," and SBS's "Inkigayo ON THE GO." The "M Countdown" stage video surpassed 1 million views on YouTube by the afternoon of the 26th. The performance used backgrounds such as traffic lights, crosswalks, signs, and overpasses to express the texture of the song, and it was praised for combining addictive sounds, unique lyrics, live skills, and energy. The signature choreography, the "Flapping Ear Dance," features movements crossing the arms in an X shape or waving hands beside the ears.

Continuing their second week of music show activities, CORTIS plans to sequentially release an original version and behind-the-scenes videos filmed by the members themselves before shooting the main music video this week. Additionally, the web variety show "Silence of the Stones" on the YouTube channel Mupli will be posted on the 30th.

CORTIS's second mini-album "GREENGREEN" will be officially released at 6 PM on May 4. On the same day at 8 PM, the "GREENGREEN Release Party" will be held at S Factory in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, where they plan to perform six new songs live.

Meanwhile, CORTIS is a five-member boy group that debuted under BigHit Music on August 18 last year.
