Cha Seung-won responds "positively" to Lee Jae-yul's impression on Cultwo Show... The two reached a verbal agreement

On SBS PowerFM's 'Escape at Two Cultwo Show' 20th anniversary special broadcast, Cha Seung-won and Lee Jae-yul reunited after a long time. Cha Seung-won appeared as a special DJ that day, while Lee Jae-yul and Choi Jae-hoon appeared as guests.

Lee Jae-yul revealed that it had been a year since they last met on Im Ha-ryong's YouTube channel and expressed his wishes for Cha Seung-won's health and longevity. He also said he felt both gratitude and apology toward Cha Seung-won. Lee Jae-yul recalled how Cha Seung-won once encouraged him to try various repertoires and explained that he performed several impersonations, including Cha Seung-won working at Lotteria and Cha Seung-won singing 'Golden.'

Cha Seung-won said about Lee Jae-yul's impersonations, "I've seen all of those," to which Lee Jae-yul expressed even more apology. Lee Jae-yul introduced that recently he has been doing an impersonation of Cha Seung-won singing DAY6's 'You Were Beautiful.' Cha Seung-won responded, "I definitely have that kind of 'Ah-' breath. Jae-yul really hits the point well."

Lee Jae-yul said he wanted to give all the earnings from his impersonations but that it was legally difficult, so instead, he gave Cha Seung-won a gift of herbal tea to calm his anger. Cha Seung-won expressed gratitude upon receiving the gift.

During the broadcast, Kim Tae-gyun mentioned that Cha Seung-won had told Lee Jae-yul to set a period for doing impersonations, but Lee Jae-yul replied that he had never heard such a thing. Cha Seung-won said, "Don't do it when I'm very active. Do it when our activity periods don't overlap," emphasizing that there were comments about how the impersonations disrupted his concentration. Lee Jae-yul agreed with this.

Meanwhile, regarding a text message from a listener asking, "Is this really Cha Seung-won? Or is it Lee Jae-yul doing an impersonation?" Cha Seung-won said he wasn't sure if it was similar but that many people said it was. He added, "Until now, no one has ever imitated me. But if someone imitates me, it means I have distinctive traits, so in that sense, it's good." However, he added that it felt a bit awkward when watching Lee Jae-yul's impersonations.
