Park Bom recently revealed her current status through her SNS. On the 29th, Park Bom posted photos of going out and selfies with the caption "Park Bom basking in the sunlight." In the photos, Park Bom wore a deep navy outfit paired with accessories such as a necklace, styled in a bob haircut, enjoying the warm sunlight while going out. There was also a photo of her smiling at the camera while spending a leisurely time at a cafe.

Park Bom suspended her activities last August during a tour due to health reasons. Her agency, Dineation Entertainment, stated, "Medical staff advised that she needs sufficient rest and stability." Since then, Park Bom has attracted attention several times by mentioning her relationship with actor Lee Min-ho on SNS or leaving lengthy handwritten letters. Lee Min-ho's agency, MYM Entertainment, responded, "There is no personal friendship with Park Bom," denying her claims as groundless.

Additionally, last November, Park Bom expressed her intention on SNS to sue Yang Hyun-suk, YG's executive producer, on charges of fraud and embezzlement. Regarding this, Dineation Entertainment explained, "The settlement related to 2NE1's activities has already been completed, and the lawsuit posted on SNS has not been officially filed." The agency also stated about Park Bom's condition, "She is in a very emotionally unstable state and urgently needs treatment and rest for recovery." Park Bom was involved in controversy while mentioning 2NE1 member Sandara Park. In March, Park Bom claimed, "Park Sandara was caught for drugs, and to cover that up, they made Park Bom look like a drug user," to which Sandara Park denied, saying, "I have never used drugs." Afterwards, Park Bom released a lengthy handwritten letter asking to "let the drug issue be forgotten," which also included praise for the 2NE1 members.
