AOMG's first girl crew Keyveatz released their pre-release double single "Key Beats" on the 29th at 6 PM through various online music platforms. Keyveatz (Yui, Eom Ji-won, Kang Ye-seul, Son Joo-won, Kim Yu-na) officially began their pre-activities with this double single.
"Key Beats" includes the double title tracks "Key Beats" and "Catch My Breath." Both songs showcase Keyveatz's distinct identity and direction based on straightforward energy, with various producers such as Jay Park and toni rei (Nam Do-hyun) participating to enhance the musical quality.
The first title track "Key Beats" is a hip-hop track combining a stylish synthesizer loop with bouncy rhythms that alternate between trap and Jersey club, with member Eom Ji-won participating in the lyrics writing. The lyrics connect Seoul, Tokyo, and Rodeo. The other title track "Catch My Breath" features the members' rough breathing at the start, characterized by a tense flow and addictive hook.
On the same day, Keyveatz held the "RSVP: Keyveatz INIT" event twice at Billboard Korea House in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at 2 PM and 7 PM to commemorate the pre-release of "Key Beats." The first session included a fan meet-up and listening party, where the music videos for the double title tracks were premiered, and the second session, a standing release party, featured Keyveatz's first stage performance.
Starting with this pre-release, Keyveatz plans to build a music style based on subculture and underground culture. Through previously released group and individual photos and music video teasers, their artistry encompassing rap and performance was revealed.
As a promising act in AOMG 2.0's rebranding project "Make It New," Keyveatz's double single "Key Beats" and its music videos are available online from 6 PM on the 29th. Keyveatz is also scheduled to perform at domestic and international festivals such as "KCON JAPAN 2026" in May and the "2026 Seoul Park Music Festival" in June.
