Seo Ji-hye is drawing attention for playing the role of Kang Soon-young in ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama "Scarecrow." Seo Ji-hye, who entered Ewha Womans University's Department of Computer Science, gained popularity by appearing on Channel A's "Heart Signal" in 2017 and began her acting career through "My ID is Gangnam Beauty" in 2018.

"Scarecrow" (directed by Park Jun-woo, written by Lee Ji-hyun, planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by Studio Anzillen) is a crime investigation thriller about a detective chasing the true culprit of a serial murder case and unexpectedly cooperating with others. Seo Ji-hye appears as Kang Soon-young, the younger sister of detective Kang Tae-joo (played by Park Hae-soo).

In the second episode aired on the 21st, a scene was shown where Soon-young, who was leading a peaceful life before her wedding with her lover Lee Ki-beom (played by Song Geon-hee), experiences a car accident and is taken to the hospital due to a conflict with fellow teacher Jeon Kyung-ho (played by Kang Jung-woo). Kyung-ho verbally abused Soon-young and behaved rudely, and a struggle broke out when Soon-young tried to stop the car, causing the accident. Right after the accident, Soon-young seemed to barely get out of the car but was found at the hospital beaten by Kyung-ho, who had regained consciousness.

In the third episode aired on the 27th, the situation surrounding Soon-young worsened after the accident. After regaining consciousness, Soon-young faced conflicts with Kang Tae-joo, misunderstandings from Kyung-ho's wife, and requests from Ki-beom's mother, placing her in a complicated situation. Soon-young was shown sitting with a blank expression, unable to respond.
