MONSTA X Succeeds Daily Chart of Japan's Single Tower Records and Topping Weekly Charts! "Global Popularity"

Group MONSTA X topped the Tower Records weekly chart with a Japanese single.

Monsta X proved its global power by ranking first and second on the Tower Records and Billboard Japan charts, respectively, with its Japanese single "Wish on the Same Sky" released on April 15.

The single in question has been ranked No. 1 on the Tower Record's all-round single weekly chart (2020.04.13~04.19), and in addition, it has been on the daily sales chart since April 14, continuing its sharp rise. It also ranked second in Billboard Japan Top Singles Sales (2020.04.13~04.19), boasting its high popularity there.

Its single "Wish on the Same Sky," which records excellent chart results, includes a title track of the same name that can feel warm and soft melodies and MONSTA X's medium ballads, as well as a Japanese version of the title track "FOLLOW": FIND YOU, a mini-album released in Korea.

As a result, Monsta X, which has been receiving keen attention since its local debut in 2017, attended the world-class festival "SUMMER SONIC 2017" and received four gold disc certifications only given to singles with more than 100,000 local singles for its singles "Spotlight," "Livin' It Up," "Shoot Out" and "Alligator," followed by its weekly singles release.

Meanwhile, MONSTA X will release its new mini-album "FANTASIA X" on May 11 and make a comeback in Korea.
