Group ENHYPEN recorded
280,000 copies for the first week with their debut album, setting the best
record among debut groups in 2020.
According to Hanteo Chart, a site for recording
album sales on the 7th, ENHYPEN's debut album ‘BORDER: DAY ONE’, released on the 30th of last month,
sold 280,873 copies for a week (November 30th to December 6th). In particular,
ENHYPEN reached the top of the daily album category with sales of 229,991
copies on the 30th of last month, the debut date and the first day of release.
The sales volume of about 280,000 copies in the
first week of release is the largest among the K-pop groups that debuted this
year, and the hot global interest that was prominent before ENHYPEN's debut was
proved by numbers in just a week.
