The group Golden Child broke its first record
with its fifth mini-album "YES."
According to Hanteo Chart, a Korean music sales
website, on the 1st, Golden Child's fifth mini-album "YES," released
on the 25th of last month, sold a total of 71,485 copies in the first week
(January 25-31).
Compared to the 53,626 initial sales of their second
single album "Pump It Up," which was released in October last year,
this is the highest number of albums ever recorded by Golden Child. In
particular, 28,482 albums were sold on the first day of release alone.
This is not the only hot interest in Golden
Child. Since its release, the title song "Burn It" has become a hot
topic as it has topped major music sites in Korea, including Genie No. 1 and
Bugs No. 4, and the music video has garnered more than 5 million views in just
five days, amassing incredible attention.
