Weeekly wraps up their four-week after-school album...Prove the power of a "big rookie"
With the
end of "SBS Popular Song," which aired on the 11th, Weeekly completed
its official album activity for the title song "After School," the
third mini-album "We Play," which lasted four weeks.
Weekly,
which debuted last year, achieved 20,000 cumulative sales with its debut album
"We Are," drew attention upon its debut, and its second mini-album
"We Can" recorded the most album sales and the highest first sales in
2020 and won six rookie awards at various year-end awards.
Weeekly,
which made a comeback with its third mini-album "Weplay" on the 17th
of last month, entered the top of the music charts, including 13th place in the
Bugs, shortly after the release of the song with its title song "After
School." Initial sales surpassed the previous record two days after its
release, with sales of about 19,000 units, up about 45% from the previous one,
and Weeekly currently has achieved its own "three consecutive" record
with a total of 29,000 albums.
