Singer Hwang Chi-yeul topped the list of "The brightest stars when singing."

The weekly idol ranking site "Fan & Star" holds individual ranking votes on various topics every week. The theme of the fourth week of May's ranking vote (May 24-31) was "The brightest star when singing." Hwang Chi-yeul won the individual ranking with 2,963,46 votes. Kang Daniel came in second with 421,145 votes and Henry came in third with 133,874 votes.

"Fan & Star" will screen a video celebrating the first place on the subway line 2 electronic board if the artist ranks first for five consecutive weeks in the individual rankings. If he wins first place for 10 consecutive weeks, he will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. In particular, it provides various perks such as announcing the news of the award through electronic boards located in major centers such as subway lines 2 and Hongdae Station.
