TOMORROW
X TOGETHER, the "fourth generation idol representative" sold more
than 630,000 copies in the first week with the new album "Chaos of Chaos:
FREEZE," breaking the record for the third-year group.
According
to Hanteo Chart, an album sales aggregation website on the 7th, 630.563 copies
of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai), the
second full-length album "FREEZE" released on the 31st of last month,
were sold during the week of release (May 31st to June 6th). The sales volume
of 630,000 copies in the first week of release is the highest ever set by the
group in its third year since its debut, with more than 90 percent of the
pre-order of 700,000 copies leading to actual sales, which is expected to come
out in the future. This proves that TOMORROW X TOGETHER has grown up to be a
'fourth-generation idol representative'.
In
particular, TOMORROW X TOGETHER easily surpassed its previous record, achieving
a total of 439,178 sales on the 1st, the day after its release. The first week
of sales for the third mini-album "minisode1: Blue Hour" released
last year was 303,190.
