Young-hoon
of the group THE BOYZ will join the SBS new drama "One the Woman."
"Younghoon
has confirmed his appearance as a child of actor Lee Sang-Yoon in SBS' new
drama 'Wonder Woman' (directed by Choi Young-hoon, screenplay by Kim Yoon,
production by Gil Pictures)," his agency Cracker Entertainment said.
"Wonder
Woman" is a comic drama about a female prosecutor who was involved in a
scandalous search for memories of a rogue sponsor whose life was changed
unexpectedly with a chaebol daughter-in-law who looked just like her due to
memory loss. Director Choi Young-hoon, who has shown solid colors and delicate
directing skills regardless of the genre such as SBS 'Good Casting', 'Unnie is
Alive', 'Second Love from the End' and 'High Society', will be broadcast on SBS
in the second half of this year.
Younghoon
of THE BOYZ challenged his first acting career in the original Kakao TV drama
"Love Revolution" in 2020 and played the role of "Lee
Kyung-woo," a popular man with perfect visuals, drawing attention from
drama fans at the time. As he is returning to his next work through public
television after a year, expectations are high on what kind of performance
Younghoon, who joined "Wonder Woman," will perform as THE BOYZ's
representative "Acting Idol" beyond his group activities.
