The actress Cho Ahyoung is the
newly joined artist of iAA Entertainment.
On July 15th, iAA Entertainment
stated, “We have signed an exclusive
contract with Cho Ah-young, who has a promising growth as an actor due to her
outstanding acting skills as a main and supporting actor in several works.”
Cho Ahyoung, a former member of
the girl group Dalshabet, gained her acting experience by appearing in various
dramas even during her idol days. She has appeared in different dramas such as
SBS ‘’Our Gapsooni’, MBC ‘Miss
Korea’, JTBC ‘Reunited after 12 years: Soothing, Jangguk’, SBS ‘Jang Ok-jung,
Living by Love’, KBS2 ‘Ad Genius Lee Tae-baek’, and MBN
‘Best Chicken’. She has broadened her acting spectrum by appearing in the movie ‘No Breathing’.
Cho Ahyoung performed her first
lead role as Oh Bok-Sil, a person who dreams of becoming a singer in KBS2’s ‘Padoya, Padoya’, portraying a person with active, confident, and plump charm unlike
the female image demanded by society in the 1960s and 1970s that draws keen attention.
And she recently appeared on SBS 'Racquet Boys' and played the role of a
national youth coach, receiving favorable reviews for his stable acting skills.
